Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm very sorry that your order still hasn't shipped, it looks like the Combat Tiers Family Pack is the culprit holding things up. Unfortunately, we're still waiting to receive our supply from the manufacturer.
Our Customer Service manager posted an update on the status of the Combat Tiers yesterday, but unfortunately we don't have an exact estimate for when they'll be arriving.
From here we can either leave the order intact to be shipped all together once the Combat Tiers arrive, or we can split the tiers off and get the other items sent out sooner. Just let me know what you'd like and I'll be sure to get it taken care of for you.
