Need help with making a new construct class

Homebrew and House Rules

So I am trying to make a new class for a campaign that i am playing in, specifically i am trying to make a class that addresses some of the issues of constructs. i am still on the fence about it being a 5 or 10 level prestige class. This is what i have so far

name: Stone Father (names can change)

Requirements: Craft Construct, 5 ranks in any craft skill

hit dice: D6

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.

Skills: knowledge (arcana, engineering, dungeoneering), Sense motive, spell craft, craft (any)

Skills: 2 + int mod

Bab Fort Reflex will Special
1 0 0 0 1 Construct Craftsmen
2 1 1 1 1 Will of the Constructs
3 2 1 1 2 Makers Hands
4 2 1 1 2 Fast Construction
5 3 2 2 3 Masters Skill

Spells are plus one to an existing arcane class after the first class.

construct craftsmen- you may use your craft skills as your caster level for the purposes of crafting constructs

Will of the constructs- constructs are susceptible to your enchantment spells as if they were not mind affecting. Constructs are treated as living for the purposes of what spells you can effect them with.

Maker's Hand- you may use your int modifier as your constructs con modifier for the purposes of health and saves

Fast construction- you are able to make constructs in half the time

Master's skill- able to make constructs for half the cost

Potential features:

some kind of upgrade system for your constructs, though there are already some upgrade systems in place for constructs.

A cap stone that made you into a constructs following all of the rules only you maintain your personality and such, kind off like a lich but you know robot man.

I am looking for advice on both balance and play ability. i welcome all advice that could help. thanks in advance.
