Just doing some a bit of research for Anti-Spellcaster tactics. Can you ready a charge? I know you can ready standard, move, swift, or free actions, and that charges can be made as standard actions (if you're restricted) to move up to your speed instead of double. So, can you ready a charge? This seems exciting because I know of lot of Martial builds work off charging.

No you cannot. :)
Ready: Can you ready an action to charge? No. The rules for a charge state that you can take a charge action as a standard action if you are "restricted to taking only a standard action on your turn". Although the ready action text states that you can take a standard action, it does not meet the requirements of the text in the charge action. (See Core Rulebook pages 198 and 203)

So close! Thanks anyway though. At least I got disappointed after twenty minutes instead of after several days of build plotting. :)

.... no but seriously you can.
Now that is happens when two posters post something at the exact same time. Just in case other people are reading..
I'm working on a MageHunter guide and I will DEFINITELY recommend this. So far my research indicates readied actions are the number one way to wreck spellcasters.

I'm glad I could help. Yes most casters (really, all) won't cast defensively if they think there's no danger. So a readied charge could close ranks, take the spell out and give you a full round of full attacks to keep the damage going. A d6 vs a full round of power attacks is usually enough to have a clear outcome in quick order.
Step up is another great feat.
