Breath Attack = Splash Weapon?

Hi, im wondering if your playing a character or have a monster that has a breath attack, does that count as a splash weapon?

Specificly in relation to the feats:
Throw Anything
Concentrated Splash
Silver Crusade

No.

Breath Weapons are definitely not splash weapons.
Silver Crusade

No, it's an area of effect attack, you don't actually roll to hit anything as you would with a splash weapon.
