Recommendations for Eldritch horror and / or election themed scenarios

Hi all,

I'm involved with PFS at an event to be themed around Cthulhu's presidential election campaign and wondered if the community could recommend any scenarios that fit with one (or both!) aspects of that theme.

If you recommend a scenario and can also say whether or not it's new-GM-friendly, that would be even more helpful.

Thanks!

"Voice in the Void" from Season 1 has the Eldritch horror vibe. And I think it's an easy run for new or near-new GMs.

Carrion Hill is an applicable module. Being of module length, I'm unsure of how nee-GM friendly it is, although I don't recall off-hand any particularly hard rules used save perhaps one combat that can become a bit complicated. 2.5 slots would likely be better than 2 for it, in my limited experience, but then again I have been known to run a bit more slowly than some GMs, and we had what is expected to be a non-issue turn into a 30 minute roleplayed argument/debate between a couple of PCs. Without that, we probably could have been okay with 2 back-to-back sessions.

Season 2-12 Beneath the Silver Tarn (7-11)has a "evil from the deep" theme going on.

From Shore to Sea, Doom Comes to Dustpawn and Echoes of the Overwatched.

Eldritch is pretty rare, Cthulhu even more so.

As for election scenario: Bid for Alabastrine, kinda.

Destiny of the Sands Part 3 both has some eldritch gods connections, and has the party electing a leader at the end.

However, it is part 3 of a 3 part series where you *really* want to play all 3 parts together. I also don't think it is particularly newbie friendly.

Dark Archive 3/5 **

Carrion Hill is fairly easy to run, but definitely needs 2-3 slots to do comfortably.

From Shore to Sea has a lot of moving parts and is very sandbox investigation/research; I'd honestly give it three slots and a well prepared GM.

Without spoiling too much, the new seeker scenario (7-26) deals with one or both of those themes, kinda.

All for Immortality 1's cover is certainly about eldritch stuff, yes.

That's why I'll pick my worst-Willed character when we finally get to play it! Go for broke or go home!

Many thanks for all these suggestions!
