I recently bought a beginners box and upon opening the box I realized that the pages within the transition guide have been cut and stapled together wrong. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. Any idea of how long I may have to wait?

I recently bought a beginners box and upon opening the box I realized that the pages within the transition guide have been cut and stapled together wrong. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. Any idea of how long I may have to wait?
I'm not sure what a precise average is for answering emails but I think its within 1-3 business days. We have a bit of a queue at the moment as we are down to 2 people answering emails, messageboards, phones, etc.
