Hello,

While this order shows it shipped, it entered the USPS in Cleveland on June 23rd. As I live an hour from Cleveland, it should've showed up by now.

Any guidance/help on finding out what happened to the package?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look at the tracking link (which I redacted in case it had any personal information linked), and unfortunately I don't have any further information beyond what's in that link. I do know that items sent via Mail Innovations can sometimes be delayed a bit (usually just a day or two) when they are transferred to a local post office for delivery.

I would say the best idea is to first contact your local post office and see if they can provide you with any further information about the shipment. If not, just let us know and we should be able to set up a replacement to be sent out with your next subscription order.
