Pre order, store credit and side carting problems please help

I have a bunch of item in my shopping cart I want to pre order all of them and have them ship with my subscriptions and use my store credit for them.

The Curse of The Crimson Thrown is the most important the rest I can just add as I get the email for my subscription stuff but I want the free PDF for Crimson Thrown.

I've moved everything to the sidecart. I'm trying to figure out if there is a better way to apply the store credit. I'll work on that more tomorrow.

What is making you think that you were charged for another set of those dice (and where are you seeing that)? I'm not seeing anything that indicates that.

Regarding your store credit:
I can't applying the amount for store credit for everything that's currently in there, since they are releasing over different months, as it would move all of the store credit out when the order is generated next month.

I think think the best way handle things will either be:
1) You can set your subscriptions to use the store credit, so it generate the order initially using store credit. Then you can replay to the order confirmation email each month, and we can reset the amount going to store credit and the amount going to the card.

OR)

2) We can leave the store credit alone until after the order is generated. Then you can replay to the order confirmation email each month, and we can reset the amount going to store credit and the amount going to the card.

While essentially the same process, the difference would be at what point the card gets authorized and how much is initially authorized to the card.


Under Order 3843348 it shows the dice and me being charged for them.

As for the stuff the only one that really matters as a pre order is the Crimson thrown the rest of the stuff can stay in my cart and I can add it as subscriptions come up in that month but I need to pre order the hard cover even if it charges my credit card my wife won't even realize it if I forget to move it to store credit

Hi Joey,

I've taken a look into order #3843348, and it seem that the order is empty since everything was either moved to a different order, or to your sidecart. I see that the dice WERE in there, but were moved to order #3844887, which was charged in February. Sorry for the confusion!

As for the Curse of the Crimson Throne book, I still won't be able to apply the store credit to it while it's in the sidecart. I'd say the best way is to reply to your September subscription confirmation email and let us know to apply store credit then. It may authorize your card at first, but we could make sure to send reversal requests so that the authorization doesn't linger longer than it has to. Just let us know if there are any questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

I need to pre order it so I can get the free pdf so if it just needs to be purchased with my credit card do it and just cancel the other stuff and I'll add when the orders come through

If its in the side cart it has been preordered, whether you use store credit doesn't affect the preorder status. As long as you retain your AP subscription, once the order that CotCT hardcover will ship with has shipped, you will get the PDF of CotCT.
