Gray Warden |
Just go Cleric/Inquisitor Tengu.
-Tengus are proficient in all blades. If you want some specific eastern weapons that are not blades, they can be proficient in 3+Int eastern weapons instead.
-Tengus come from Tian Xian, which is the "east" of Pathfinder setting.
-Tengus get +2 on dex and wis, which is perfect for a finesse-based Cleric/Inquisitor. You don't really need Weapon Finesse: just have an average strength (16 should be enough) and use your +2 dex to pump up your AC and Reflex save. -2 on con hurts a bit, but 12 con should be enough.
+ For fun: take the Sacred Huntsmaster Inquisitor archetype and get a Roc animal companion. It's quite strong and very thematic. If you prefer Cleric (aka a full caster), just take the Animal domain, Feather subdomain and Boon Companion.

Even the samurai and ninja don’t have proficiency with all eastern weapons. Samurai gets all martial plus the katana, naginata, and wakizashi. The ninja gets all simple weapons, plus the kama, katana, kusarigama, nunchaku, sai, shortbow, short sword, shuriken, siangham, and wakizashi. Many of the eastern weapons are martial weapons anyways. A warpriest with the sacred fist archetype gets proficiency with about the same weapons as a monk.
An Oracle of battle with the skill at arms revelation, or a warpriest would probably work for what you want.
Captain Morgan |
I'm not sure why you need all the different weapons, but maybe an Oracle of Metal? You can either get martial proficiency and/or the ability to build whatever weapon you want on the fly.
Although the Ancestor mystery also gets you a "weapon on the fly" option and seems like a better fit for Eastern themed.

As to your actual question.
No. Eastern weapons are an addition to the rules rather than an assumed part of them. None of the classes that are not part of that theme (Ninja and Samuraisub-classes) gain proficiency with a large number of them.
However the vast majority of the 'classic' eastern weapons are available as either simple or martial weapons.
If your desire is to actually use the weapons you are asking about the best answer is warpriest.
If you are more interested in the spell casting aspects than the face beating then the various suggested Oracle/cleric options already presented are good.
Katana and Naginata are marital weapons if you use them in 2 hands.
Katana (exotic) is the favored weapon of Shizuru basically the samurai god.
The Wakizashi is not the weapon of any god and is exotic.
So you are likely going to need to drop a feat on it unless your GM wants to play ball.
Assuming your GM is willing you can purchase Wakizashi proficiency with 1500gp using a cracked Opalescent White Pyramid ioun stone.
This is of course assuming you have martial weapon proficiency.
(put it in a wayfinder or see if your GM will let you stick it in the pommel of your sword.)
Technically you could use this magic item to purchase proficiency with any number of finicky eastern exotic weapons.
Playing a Tengu to access the sword trained racial quality is also entirely workable in this case.
I vaugley recall some combination of tiefling bloodline and a trait that dropped non-proficency penalties to 0.
Also the Warsighted oracle ought to be able to burn martial flexibility uses for proficiency with whatever weapon you'd like to use.
the gnome racial trait 'master tinker' makes you proficient with any weapon you have personally crafted. Some obvious potential hijinks right there.

Take the Martial Tradition race alternative trait. It gives you two weapons (martial or exotic). Be a cleric of inquisitor of shizeru and take wakazashi und Naginata. Voila 3 eastern weapons.
My paladin is using a Katana, has a tonfa, a Naginata and a Daikyu. Sounds eastern enough for me.
Also Yari is a simple weapon. (Yari = Spear)
