Purple Duck Games is proud to announce that Monsters of Porphyra 2 has now been released in print-on-demand and PDF. The second volume of this series has been partially funded by my Monsters of Porphyra Patreon.

Challenges beyond Measure...

On a planet divided by faith in the Gods and devotion to the Elemental Lords, all must pick sides. In these pages are a multitude of creatures both fell and benign for use by Game Masters—and players, too—for the Lands of Porphyra Campaign Setting. With Monsters of Porphyra 2 you will be able to hunt the skywhales of the Reversed Lands, hold back the incursion of the Oncoming Wave by destroying its servant the Rotwood, summon amalgessi proteans from the realms of the Slithering Symphony, and gain the favor of powerful Lung Dragons. All monsters are complete with statistics to play, background, and a depiction of the creature, be it ally or enemy.

Purple Duck Games brings you its second full-length bestiary of converted gamer favorites and intriguing new selections, in the OGL tradition that considers fans and supporters first. This tome also is another great leap in the support of Purple Duck’s Lands of Porphyra Campaign Setting. Take a glance at the fractured cosmos populated by beasts and beings wondrous and strange...

Monsters of Porphyra includes:

- More than 120 different monsters including many new monsters.
- More than 6 reimagined monster templates.
- Foes from across all challenge ratings, environments, and monster types.
- New animal companions and monster cohorts.
- Notes for each monster for use with the Lands of Porphyra Campaign Setting!
- And so much more...

As someone who didn't work on this, I can ask questions like a mark.

So Mark, what would you say your favorite monster in this book is, and why?

That is really hard for me to answer. I worked on most of the monsters in the book so I'm quite attached to most of them.

The squiggler golem is a particular favorite. I originally used this creature in a d20 adventure that was part of the Dungeon Dive series by Amalara Press Original Book.

It is a nice low-level construct that can merge with walls and pretend to be a drawing or it can leap free gouge as enemies with its claws.

The art for it is by Brett Neufeld out of Winnipeg. He is a new artist that recently started working for us.

I would be the Yaskshas would be Perry's favourite monster. They are featured heavily in the newest Purple Mountain that Perry won't finish and turn over to me.

Well we have garnered no review yet but I think Endz said he'd have one for us in a couple of weeks. Still we have made it to the #10 spot over on Rpgnow (those top 10 lists are much more fluid though).

Here is a list of monsters that have made the cut for Monsters of Porphyra 3 so far.
