If you get more than one attack per round because your base attack bonus is high enough (see Base Attack Bonus in Classes), because you fight with two weapons or a double weapon, or for some special reason, you must use a full-round action to get your additional attacks. You do not need to specify the targets of your attacks ahead of time. You can see how the earlier attacks turn out before assigning the later ones.
Natural weapons (the claw/claw/bite) fall under "special reason". Basically, the only way to make more than one attack (unless something says otherwise) is to full attack.

So that's somewhat correct but this is the rules forum, land of pedantry, so we should make it as clear as possible.
A charge is a special kind of full-round action that allows you to move up to twice your speed and make a single attack. Everything can do it, even animals. Pounce is a special ability certain animals (usually large cats) have that allows them to make a full attack at the end of a charge instead of the normal single attack. But it has to be a charge, with all the rules that come with that (straight line, can't go through allies or difficult terrain, etc.) for pounce to be available. You can't just use a normal move action to move and full attack at the end.
