1) When you use the duplicate familiar spell, it is correct to say any items/equips the familiar may have are not duplicated with it correct?
2) Im not following every errate/FAQ so im unsure, but did anything change about dazing? Or it still pretty much works on everything.
The Duplicate Familiar is a conjuration, so I expect the duplicate looks like the original. However, it cannot duplicate magic. Otherwise you could use the spell on a familiar wearing a ring of wishes and use wishes from the duplicate to not use up the original.
Assuming you mean the Dazing Spell metamagic, the PRD shows the current form as far as errata is concerned, and the APG FAQ page lists no FAQs on it. So it looks like no changes.
