Thoughts on a practically perfect pirate prankster

Skull & Shackles

I am usually the DM for my group but in our next campaign I convinced one of my players to run Skull and Shackles which I am super excited about. Since this is my first post I just wanted to describe my character concept and see if you all can help me with making sure it works. I was planning on a lizardfolk Monk(martial artist)/Druid(serpent shaman) who focuses mostly on grappling so that eventually he is turning into a sea serpent and rising up out of the water and snatching people. My DM is ok with the lizardfolk race and if anyone is familiar with The Elephant in the Room pathfinder feat tax removal system we are using that, but no 3rd party content. I also am really not interested in min/maxing with this, I really just want to make one scary, scaly mothaf@#*%^ who jumps out of the water, grabs someone, and then jumps overboard with them. I was thinking the feral combat training feat but since I have been reading these boards I have just gotten more confused over it.
