Hey everybody, I have a question about the EA's unarmed strike damage... namely, what is it?
I can't seem to find any mention of what it is. Is it just a 1d3 like a normal unarmed strike or do they get the scaling damage like a monk? If someone could point me in the direction of where to find the answer, that would be awesome.
Thanks in advance!

1d3 if Medium.
But you add Kinetic Fist damage: 1d6/3 levels (minimum 1d6). But it says no additional modifiers like Con mod (still add Str like normal).
The class is better for a multiclass that trades away Flurry of blows.

Doesn't the Kinetic Fist just add to your Kinetic Blast damage, essentially making it a close attack?
1st level Elemental Ascetic:
1d6+1 (Kinetic Blast) PLUS 1d6 (Kinetic Fist) = 2d6+1, only usable as a close, unarmed strike.
As I understand them, infusions, such as Kinetic Fist "change the way kineticists use their kinetic blasts." So, when Kinetic Fist reads that it deals "additional" damage, why wouldn't it be in addition to the regular damage of Kinetic Blast?
