If you surve a Neutral deity, go Equalizer to channel BOTH Positive and Negative bonuses. Conaidering Profane and Sacred stace. Wait, WHY DO THEY STACK?!

I'm thinking a paladin (Hospitaler) 4/oracle (Life) 3/Holy Vindicator 10 would be fun. Not sure what the last 3 levels should be. Paladin? Oracle?

Keep in mind you may not want to do all 10 levels in Holy Vindicator. Yes it'll strengthen your channels, but your Paladin's Lay on Hands is suffering through all these levels. So you may want to carefully pick and choose how far you want to go, and weigh the pros and cons, as there isn't much of benefit in the later levels of HV for you beyond the channeling.

Is there a sample build somewhere?

There is an Oradin guide you can find here with all the necessary info you'd likely need.

I built an Oradin for use in Wrath of the Righteous so it's a bit different from your typical build probably thanks to all the extra mythic benefits etc, but in terms of my leveling progression I went:

1 Oracle 1
2 Paladin 1
3 Paladin 2
4 Oracle 2
5 Oracle 3
6 Paladin 3
7 Paladin 4
8 Holy Vindicator 1
9 Holy Vindicator 2
10 Holy Vindicator 3
11 Holy Vindicator 4
12 Holy Vindicator 5

From there I think I was going to drop back into a 4th level of Oracle for some extra casting and then go the rest into Paladin to get my Lay on Hands back up in strength.

I built him as an archer, which in hindsight was a terrible, terrible decision, and it really just burned my early level feats, such as not taking precise shot until level 5, so don't be dumb like me and try doing archery with this.

The two things that really helped this guys survivability was Fey Foundling, and his Tiefling Paladin FCB which gives you a +1 to your LoHs heals.

The actual method for playing this kind of character is that you use your channels primarily for out of combat healing. For in combat healing, you do this through Life Oracles Life Link revelation, which saps away your own HP, to basically give everyone else Fast Healing 5. Normally this would be a problem, but you're a Paladin with Lay on Hands so you just swift action LoH yourself whenever you've taken a bit of damage from your Life Link than you're comfortable with. Thanks to Fey Foudnling, and if like me your FCB, you'll be healing yourself for a lot with your LoH. But, you do still have all those channels, and if you like, you can use them in an emergency to quickly heal the party, it's just less advisable.
