I hope my rabbit could hurl a bead.

Advice

Neckles of fireball.

I want my familiar rabbit throw that bomb for me.

So my familiar didnt become usless.

How to convince my DM?

... How? It lacks hands, and I doubt a rabbit's head is any good for throwing. Its front teeth would make it especially tricky.

Your familiar is giving you an initiative bonus, can deliver touch spells, and acts as a second set of eyes. It's not useless, it's just not going to contribute much by way of damage.

Teach it to somersault?

Take the Evolved Familiar feat twice and then give your rabbit the Limbs evolution. NOW your rabbit can use a Necklace of fireball and your DM should be convinced it could do it. ;)

Either that or you could have it set it off in it's square but most people aren't looking for a suicide bomber familiar...

I rarely use familiar :(

Also scrying are for lvl 13.

Familiars were never intended to be useful in combat. If you feel you need to do this, take the Improved Familiar feat to get a Familiar with the ability to throw stuff. I still wouldn't recommend it, though; anything to make you familiar a perceived target is a bad idea. And that's why they were never intended to be useful in combat.
