Order 3868999 payment

Hello,

I was one of the Humble Bundle Starter Packs - Order 3868999 - and I had to re-enter my payment info or my order would be cancelled. I changed my payment info but haven't had any confirmation that it was successful and don't want my order cancelled, so is there any way to confirm that the new payment info will be accepted and/or was successful?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like the card information was updated successfully. It seems that our warehouse had not yet attempted to authorize the card again because they didn't come back around to your order in the batch that they're working on. I've attempted an authorization on the card, and it looks like it should go through just fine once our warehouse gets to it.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Charges are not finalized until you receive your shipping confirmation email. For more information about our authorization process, please visit our authorization FAQ here.
