I'm wondering if a Gunslinger (Mysterious stranger) 1/ paladin (divine hunter) 2/ oracle 4/ paladin (divine hunter) x could work as an effective oradin?
I know hospitaler is the typical paladin choice for oradin, but I'm not wanting to give up my smite evil uses, since we'll be fighting demons and devils.

An Oradin uses the Life Link ability of a Life Oracle (and to a lesser extent the Channel Energy) to transfer 5 hp/round of damage from their party members to themselves, then heal said damage with swift action Lay On Hands from Paladin. Since you can have one Life Link per level, 4 levels of Oracle is pretty standard for such a build.
As to whether it would work, sure. Not necessarily ideal, as you're further diluting your progression with gunslinger while not really getting any of the features that make a gunslinger good, but it shouldn't be significantly behind an archer Oradin.

Getting Bracers of the Merciful Knight at some point would compensate for the dilution of 4 levels of Oracle, and there isn't much else of interest for the slot since the usual Bracers of Archery aren't applicable with firearms.
Also, remember that Oradin in generally is made significantly more efficient by the Fey Foundling feat, which can delay your access to the important ranged attack feats you'll need, so it might be a bit rough for the first few levels if you're playing it all out.

The feats and bracers are a good tip, thanks, that's part of the reason I picked divine hunter, to give precise shot as a bonus feat.
Since we will be fighting mostly evil enemies I figured the smite will help on the big bad evil guy, and charisma to damage will help early on, until I get the feats I need.
