In order to allow you to subscribe, there are a few things that need to be in place;

1 the book will need to have a product page, this will need stuff more defined - page count is still apparently fluid for example

2 the subscription benefits will need to be defined

3 the subscription will need to be programmed & launched

As a point of comparison, the Horror Adventures product page went up on January 30th, so that would be a guideline. It might be earlier as it's a brand new line, but it might also be slightly later because of details being uncertain.

Any news on Starfinder Suscription? Shuld I pre order it or wait for a suscription?

If you choose to preorder it, the expectation is that when subscriptions are launched, if you chose to subscribe, then your preorder will be converted to you subscription order.
