Techno-liches, techno-zombies
A giant space worm that lives in asteroids
Space kobolds, space orcs, space hobgoblins
Reavers!

Living planets, living starships, black hole elementals, super nova elementals.

Miniature giant space hamsters corgis

The last Reavingstar, Necrotica (RS-75), escaping from the destruction of the Twelve Colonies of Thanatos, mercilessly pursued by the Jyotilon fleet.

Silver Crusade

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

Akatas.
Drones (the synthetic equivalent of zombies)
Starship Mimics.

Lycanthropes! In space, the moon is always full, and sometimes there are 37 of them.

New variant flumphs, and leaders, omni-flumphs which smell even worse, etc.

Star vampires (not the kind the drain you of salt), but without sunlight weaknesses. Perhaps they drain starship fuel (whatever that is) or "energy" which powers lots of the tech in the game.

Black hole vampires.

I want those variant flumphs.

Space vampires like the ones from the movie lifeforce.

I am curious to see what sort of catalog we're going to get in regards to the Dark Tapestry. Since they are using Pathfinder cannon the Dark Tapestry makes an obvious choice for recurring adversaries.

Were-comets...sometimes they're normal moons. Sometimes they're careening killers!

a basic template for apex predator of an unexplored world that psuedo safarists of the future can easily decimate for sport.

a few named apex predators that have blaster proof skin and enough smarts to stow away on an escaping hunter-yachts.

Bugs. All kinds of glorious Space Bugs.

"We're Going on a Bug Hunt!"

"Gonna Catch a big one!"

"we're not scared!"

*blood curdling screams*

I want to see the Starfinder versions of Genies and Jann be entities of pure energy who inhabit the nebulas of deep space.

The Genies would be the highest caste of their society but they have the most alien of intellects. They created the Jann as corporeal servants and explorers to travel to other regions of space, but these beings were likewise not able to relate well to humanoids.

The Janns in turn created the Ifrit, Oread, Sylph, Undine, and Suli races to better interact with the 'hotlife' races who live too near the warmth of stars. It is through this weakest caste that the natives of the nebulas learn more about the universe beyond the clouds of dust they were born in.

Something like this?

My desire for Thri-keen (or something similar due to IP) is due to reading books with with this race as a formative youth.

There needs to be a Sarlacc.

Star Vampires, which consume body heat rather than blood could be kind of cool.

Also, some sort of undead 'bio-ship' type deal could be fascinating.

I'm pretty sure Star Trek has firmly established that space vampires drain you of salt :)

^Star Trek also established Space Vampires that are permanently in gaseous format that drain you of iron . . . .

The original Star Trek has a lot of cool creatures, I wonder why we haven't seen many of them in Pathfinder.

There are already many pathfinder monsters that work in a high tech star-faring setting-- especially the Lovecraftian monsters, oozes and plants.

Monsters that can fight starships would be cool.

From classic trek, I'd like to see the extra-dimensional alien sorcerer space chickens from 'Cat's Paw'.

Inspired by Cordwainer Smith: wormhole dwelling phase dragons, and genetically modified human/animal creatures.

I expect that the krytons and the various creatures from the dominion of the black will be present.

Organic spaceships that have gone rogue, super sentient fungi that take over asteroids mining colonies and end up creating mossy mimicries of the humans and structures in the colony, undead planets, nebula oozes.
