Does Alter Summoned Monster work with the Summoner SLA?

I'm late to the ASM discussion, as I didn't notice the spell. Not sure how it interacts with the summoner SLA. Feedback?

I think it interacts as it otherwise would. I see nothing in the rules of Spell-like abilities that countermand this.
