ACG Burnt Offerings - duplicate cards

I bought a brand new Base Set for Rise of the Runelords and upon completing the Base scenario and opening Adventure Pack 1, I discovered that the cards sealed up inside of this pack were duplicate stacks.

I've got two sets of villains/monsters and two sets of locations...

HELP! I want to play this game more but this misstep is putting a dent in my group's excitement.

I have got the same problem. A duplicate of monsters and locations but none of the boons in the burnt offerings adventure deck!
Please advise.
