Any APs for primitive worlds around, or is everything too integrated to current Golarion? I'm having my players world build, about to start moving tectonic plates around a bit and determining biomes/topography/history. I want to run them through some games at the early world level to help them shape history, so I was looking to see if anything was around that I could steal from.

We really haven't done anything with the past as far back as you are looking. We've talked about some of the ancient cultures like Azlant, Thassilon, Jistka, Ancient Osirion and such, but as far back as we've mentioned is only ~10,000 years—not far enough back for tectonic movement and whatnot. Further back than those cultures, when humans were truly primitive on Golarion, you'll find the Age of Serpents when serpentfolk had a lot of control, and before that the Vault Builders were the movers and shakers.

Oh, no, right now that stuff is where I'm at with the world, once it's developed to the point of PC races being active, that's the point of ancient history I'm looking for.
Earth terms, somewhere around 12000-9000 BCE, around the same time beer was invented and societies moved on to agriculture from nomadic tribes. So, agriculture begins and that's around when PCs would be coming in to play, becoming god-like figures whose name lives on through history. The time period of ancient civilizations and Wizard Kings would be somewhere around 2600 BCE (Egyptian pyramids come into being). While Pathfinder's current system seems more like the 14th to 17th century. So, around stone/bone tools is what I'm looking for for gaming.
