Combat Team Built Druid Advice

Advice

So a game is coming to an end and I'm looking to build a new character for an upcoming game. We're likely to start 5th lvl or lower. Im looking at building a Druid that has an animal companion from Natures Bond and run a mini team with him and his companion while also providing backup to our melee brute of the party.

No one else has made a character or has mentioned what they would be playing in the upcoming game. However if tradition holds one player will be a fighter, and another will be a physical range dps, so not a caster. With that said we'll be light on heals, as no one ever wants to run healer for our games.

Is there a way to be both a teamwork/flanking build while providing soft heals? So far I've come up with Nature Fang Druid with a Wolf companion, maybe a dip into Unchained Rogue two weapon fight with scimitars and go Dex build.

As its still early I'm open to suggestions. Race wise I prefer not to play human characters leaning more towards Aasimars, Tieflings, possibly elves but with a con mod negative I doubt it would hold up as well as the former mentioned.

Why not go with a hunter or sacred huntsmaster inquisitor?

Bonus teamwork feats that you AC gets for free seems like a no-brainer for the built you want, otherwise I think you will end up pretty feat starved.

You do lose out on 9-level casting, but 6-level casting is perfectly serviceable. Wands should power out-of-combat healing in any event.

I think the inquisitor has a slightly better spell list, especially for having condition removal spells which you will want, at least in scroll form.

I'm with Dave on this. If your focus is on melee with a companion rather than spellcasting, you're better off with all the free Teamwork feats from a Hunter.

Hunters don't get pounce at level 6 unless they take an archetype that loses the companion.

Sorry for the late response to every ones advice. The title of this thread is rather misleading now that I view the responses. Teamwork wasn't to imply I wanted to delve into teamwork fighting feats, I apologize. it was to imply that I would kind of fill a role for the party as a support type build.

With that said Ive decided to go with a Nature based combatant. I've noticed the Beast Master, and the Pack Lord archetypes from Ranger and Druid and plan on going the route of more Animals.

The idea behind the character will be Animal companion pack, while mixing in a martial combat character. Id like to provide soft heals as my group normally ignores the healer type class. While i know Cure Light Wounds wands are cheap, I have feeling no ones buying them other then myself.

So what I need advice wise:

Nature based combatant.
Martial based, not caster reliant.
Multiple animal companions that are actually combat effective.
Trait wise Dangerously Curious and one for either Ref, or Will are where I'm leaning.

Archery, or Melee builds are fine, I'm not partial either way.
Possibly Boon Companion if Ranger is used to help make Animal Companions up to level.

Treantmonk's Druid Guide will answer most all of these questions/concerns (I'll certainly say it's saved me time for determining wildshape options).

They're split into three parts, and you should look at them individually. Here's the link to them all.

The guide only presupposes Core only, so if you are wanting options outside of Core, I'd compare them to what is mentioned in the guide, so as to gauge whether they're better or worse than what the guide mentions.

I will go ahead and mention that the guide does discourage the whole "multiple animals" thing (and ironically enough, so too does Paizo, based on one of their FAQ statements; at least, I think it's in a FAQ), so...
