Hello,
I'm a french customer (so i'm already sorry for the mistakes i'll make) and i bought a Beginner Box during an Humble Bundles sale 2 month ago (around 15 of March). I can understand that you ran out of copies but i paid more than 50$ of shipping fee and i'm going on holidays with my friends during early June and i needed my Box for this date. 2 month after paying sipping fee my order is still in a "Pending" state which, i guess, mean that haven't been send already.
So i'd like to know if it's possible for you to send it in priority because i'm running out of time.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience, we do not have the ability to prioritize shipments over other shipments or change the queue.

Please note that charges for Shipping and Handling on your Beginner Box order are not finalized until it is processed for shipping. You may have seen a temporary authorization on your card for the shipping cost when the order was submitted (it varies from bank to bank if they display the authorization or not). Because it was not finalized on our side, it will expire from your account. That charge will be processed when we process it for shipping in the future.
