I made an order on April tenth and it is still in a pending status. I am wondering why it still has not been sent to me.
My order number is 3930946.

Thank you for your inquiry. It looks like a couple of the items are still on their journey our way from suppliers, and haven't caught up with the rest of the party yet. They seem to be on a mysterious detour, and I'm not quite sure when those may arrive.

I have made some changes to the order (you should get an updated order confirmation email soon). I'll make sure the things that are ready get on their way soon.
