Is it possible for a Magus to use his Spellstrike to deliver a melee attack and spell but also use spell combat at the same time to cast another spell

Yes, but you have to have the touch spell cast beforehand - you can't cast two spells on the same turn.

The standard combination of spell combat and spellstrike goes "use spell combat, cast a touch spell, deliver the touch spell with a melee attack, then make several more melee attacks."

But if you cast a touch spell before combat or while closing in and hold the charge, you can start your next turn with a touch spell ready to be delivered through your weapon. You can then follow a slightly different order: "use spell combat, make your standard melee attacks, deliver the stored touch spell on your first hit, then cast whatever spell you feel like."

And that's just using the basic magus class features. With quickened spells and spell-storing weapons, even more options start to appear.

Round 1:
Cast Shocking Grasp and hold charge.
Use move action for whatever.
Round 2:
Spell Combat
- First attack, deliver Shocking Grasp (1 spell)
- However many more iterative attacks you have.
- Cast Shocking Grasp and deliver immediately via Spellstrike (2 spells).
Cast quickened spell (3 spells).

A helpful tip for understanding the Magus is that Spellstrike is not an action.

It's whenever you could take an attack. AoO, standard action, full attack, whenever. You're just changing how you deliver your touch spell.

You can not cast two spells per round by using spellstrike and spell combat if that's what you're asking.

No, but there will be times when the magus is holding a charge at the start of the round, e.g. he missed with his melee attacks the previous turn.

In this case, the magus may choose to cast a spell as part of spell combat after making his normal iterative attacks.
