No copies have shipped yet - we're still in the process of getting the print proof.
Cross-posted from our Facebook page:
The print proof for Path of War Expanded was received and reviewed and a few things were discovered that required a revision. Most importantly, several images needed to be lightened up because they were nearly unrecognizable due to ink saturation into the paper. Given print copies aren't as easy to update as PDFs, we decided to submit for a revision to fix these issues. We also took the opportunity to fix a few typos and other minor items, since we were doing a revision anyway.
The revisions have already been submitted to the printer and we are awaiting the revision before we give the go-ahead on the prints so that we can get all preorders shipping.

Are there still printing issues? I see the colour book is out of stock, and the B&W book is still listed as pre-order.
I think it's print-on-demand, sort of. Meaning that if Paizo gets an order for X copies, they notify Dreamscarred, who contacts their printer, who makes X copies and sends them to Paizo. Something like that.
I don't think Paizo is stocking a whole lot of copies of this. I know my order for one sat for a long, long time. Then I poked customer service (who are excellent by the way). Poof. Stock. Poof. Shipped.
So it might be easiest to place and order, then hit the customer service area and ask about it.

Trouble is, the B&W +PDF bundle isn't available for purchase at all because it's still listed as pre-order.

Sorry... I didn't realize you wanted B&W in particular.
You'll still probably get more accurate response in the Customer Service area. While Paizo staff do moderate the forum in general, product-availability discussion may slide under the radar. Given this thread title and the low post-count (indicating it hasn't blown up in some crazy flame war), it may never get seen.
I'd still try a post in CS, with a title like "question about product availability".
Good luck.

I don't think it's a Paizo issue, I suspect it's a Dreamscarred issue.
I posted on the POW Expanded thread that staff had been using back in December to ask about it (it's been "pre-order" for longer than that) and that's still the final post on that thread.
Okay. If you want a Plan B, you can PM Jeremy Smith (above, in this thread). He's one of the two owners of Dreamscarred Press. He and Andreas have day jobs and family life that means they don't get to surf the forums as frequently as they probably want to. A PM might get more rapid response.
