I've jumped on that as well!

I see the bundle for $24.99 which is the price they indicated.

I'm in Australia, so it be AU$ for me then.

Updated my post. Thanks!

Obsidian says they're hopeful that it will be appearing in Google Play within the next few hours as well (even though the official release date is still technically tomorrow).

My price is $34.99 but that's Canadian but it does seem a bit high on the conversion (1.4)

I've been unable to connect to the servers, so I suspect that those aren't officially running yet.

$24.99 * 1.4 is 34.986.

Yes, I was quoting what the conversion rate would have to be for that to be a good price. Given that the USD is about $1.28 right now, that's a bit high. It should be $31.99. But I'm not really quibbling.

Just played the tutorial scenario and unlocked Merisiel and Kyra. Very cool mechanics and very easy to get into.

Need to connect somehow so I can "collect gold". :)

Localized pricing in the App Store isn't done via currency conversion—the prices have to be set for each currency. Last I looked, the stores actually pay the publisher less for some countries than others (presumably, to cover their conversion costs), so international pricing tends to be a bit higher than the converted rate would suggest.

I understand that (and know that from some of my other work with iOS app developers) and I want to reiterate that I wasn't quibbling nor really complaining. I probably shouldn't have even put that last bit about it being high. :(

Anyone else been able to sign up or login? I'm not sure if it can't connect to an Obsidian server or if I'm just missing seeing where I'm supposed to do that.

I want to get my hands on this game, but I don't have a tablet, only a phone. Will this game work fine on my Android phone or will I need to borrow a family member's tablet to play?

Yeah, either I'm being really dumb or something isn't enabled yet... I can't seem to find the button to create an account / log in...

Login is done through Game Center / Google Play Games and should be completely automatic. On the main screen it should say you're logged in or not - if not, their may be a connection issue.

I defeated the sandpoint devil and got 2 character unlocked. For this screen, there is no way out. I dont know how to leave this screen...

Have you any idea?

Buh. Searching on Pathfinder Adventures still turns up a bunch of 5e character-storage apps.

I've never even PLAYED 5e...

Drag the two characters into the little circles at the bottom of the screen... Yeah, that could be a bit more obvious!!!

There is a card where you can exchange 1 card from your hand with one card from the discard pile. I discarded one card from my hand. Now the discard pile opens, illuminating two cards as choice. How to choose one to my hand?

No idea.
After 3 minutes of trying every kind of swiping action on the touch screen i gave up.

Experience: somehow digital dice hate me. Lost many combats. I used in paralell my real dice and they never failed so far ;-)))

Downloading from Google Play AS WE SPEAK!

Hand size is 5, got 6 cards including a blessing of torag.
I would like to explore with this blessing. No opportunity.
Instead i have to discard one card. :-(((

Downloading now... Can't have MyFly be the only European guy playing this on release-night ;-)

I loved Merisiel's banter with Pillbug Podiker! Disdain for his traps! :)

I playtested it extensively on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and had no problems.

Don't know if anyone here would bother to read the rules, but they do mention defeating Mythic banes. One has to wonder, is it oversight or... :)

Used the latest rules, which happens to be from Wrath of the Righteous. ;)

If it won't let you discard a blessing to explore (or otherwise use it), check to see if it's the top card of the discard pile--you might need to recharge it instead!

Awesome!

:(

GooglePlay claims my tablet isn't compatible with this version.

I've got a Motorolla Xoom running Android 4.1.2 which should be enough.

Anybody have any clues as to the incompatibility?

Based on the description it looks like it SHOULD work. Android 4.0.3 and up. Perhaps Tegra 2 is too old?

Every once in awhile I run into an app that requires a cell connection (my Xoom is wi-fi only)

based on the details wi-fi should be fine.

It would be nice be able to read requirements and be able to tell why instead of just guessing.

Maybe I'll email Obsidian tonight.

Curses! And her I thought you had some Mythic surprise in store :)

In other new, some interesting card changes:

- Sorcerors get a Basic Eloquence instead of having to hunt down Glibness
- Acid Arrow gets a solid boost and deals 1d10+1 damage
- Holy Candle has been nerfed to 'banish' instead of 'bury'
- Bandits are now Veterans

Oh, and yes, I can't be the only one curious what the spell 'Song of Hawkmoon' does... :)

Just played the tutorial adventure, liking it a lot so far. Keep getting disconnected and reconnected to the PlayFab while playing though.

Not sure if it's my internet being awful or something weird with the game.

I've also tried just running off my 4G, because that's way faster, but it has the same issue. :/

I'm having the exact same issue, and I can confidently say the quality of my internet is not the problem.

Same here, I have a great internet connection, but I get disconnected and reconnected very often. So often that I never earn any gold. And then the purchase price for everything is -1 (negative 1) gold?

Grand Lodge

-1 gold sounds like a steal to me. Shame the transaction won't go through. :P

Was there ever an answer about syncing progress across devices?

Fantastic game, however very unstable for me. Once they have the stability issues ironed out this is going to be LOTs of game time!

I'm shelving this for now and waiting for future updates.

Too many issues and bugs bugs, constant disconnects despite having solid internet connection, in game gold going missing or never even being awarded etc.

I closed down all other apps and it ran a lot better. Finished two scenarios. Made willpower check an now going to sleep :-)
Loving the game inspite of the issues

How much space does the Android version need? I can’t find the information anywhere.

It's right there in the PlaySTore - 285 MB.

Found it, thanks. (Not sure how I missed that before.)

Can anyone tell me how you apply to get your money back through the appstore? Is there some standard dispute system or do I need to contact the publisher direct?

It seems to me that this wasn't ready for release. The only thing that works properly for me is the store. (It's happy to sell me the RotRL pack multiple times).

It keeps telling me I'm not logged in but the log in button does nothing. I get halfway through the beginner scenarios and then it crashes, sending me back to the tutorial again. Rather annoying experience all round.

I didn't think to see if they sneaked in on there last night!

So, it's installed on my Nexus 7 tablet now, and am looking forward to trying it out on lunch break today!

Liberty's Edge

Downloaded and working fine through several scenarios, even on a spotty connection.

Only 'downside' for me is that there is no way to link accounts so that the progress made on my iPad counts towards games played on my Android phone and vice versa. However, that kind of cross-platform connectivity is the exception rather than the norm.

Hey Steve. I don't know how to do that, but David Lockwood is with Obsidian. You might want to send him a PM. He might he able to help you resolve the problem, or if not tell you how to get a refund.

He posted this on the Obsidian forums. It might help you out.

Ditto on this for me, kept losing/gaining 'PreFab' connection while playing. That was annoying. (Home Wi-Fi, very reliable) The GAME is beautiful, can't wait to play some scenarios, but am worried about what I'm reading with not earning gold/etc if we keep dropping connection?

Running it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and it started great, THEN overheated for some reason, forcing all of my apps to shut down?!? (It's NEVER done that before??) Removing it from case seemed to help with that (It still felt warm to me) but the connection dropping was constant.

First impressions?
-Game is as beautiful as they promised!
-Game is fun, almost all the rules transferred through cleanly far as I can tell, (Figured out how to discard blessings for extra explores, etc, but could not seem to play blessings to aid anothers combat at same location?)
-Tutorial is a must to play for seeing where everything is located on the screen, (My only suggestion for a future update, perhaps an in-game 'hint' function that can be turned on/off to assist/remind us later? Could have used a hint about the dragging unlocked characters into the circles, But I admit I'm slow, and it was midnight, I was tired) :)
-I am in general NOT a fan of games that 'must' be connected to the Interwebs to play, I know you do not HAVE to be to play this game, BUT you must be if you want to collect gold and etc. Which limits my options for when/where I can play it.

Conclusion- Beautiful package, so far living up to most of the promise. A little buggy, but I'm certain that an update or two will solve most of those. A LITTLE discouraging for me who was hoping to dive right into the deep end of the pool, but very hopeful that this will soon become my all-time favorite time waster!
:)
