I placed this order almost a week ago and it is still pending? Why is this? Payment authorization on the card I used for the order runs out tomorrow. I tried calling customer service and it would not connect to anyone. When I order pdfs everything goes great but everytime I order something in hardcopy there are issues with the order? I like your company i just want the stuff I order. I could have ordered from another source.

Hello Joshua,

While we have thousands of items in our warehouse there are some we need to get from a distributor or manufacturer when they are ordered. These items show a longer ship out window on the availability portion of their product page. For instance, the OneDice: Fantasy RPG says, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." This is our estimate for how long it will take to get to us.

The authorization expiring is not something to worry about. If it does we will open a new one and finalize it immediately when the order ships out.

We are open and taking phone calls between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.
