The order information for this subscription order seems to show the book was sent on the 11th of april. I'm just curious how long I should wait before alerting customer service that it might have been lost in the mail or delayed for some reason?

Your order shipped out on April 19. The tracking indicates it arrived at a post office in Carrollton on Friday. With a 4-8 business days estimate in transit it should be arriving by the end of the week.

Hello Marc,

The shipping email you received was sent on the 11th. With subscriptions we do what we call label runs, which means we print all the labels for identical orders (ie, all the orders that are just an Adventure Path, or all the orders that are an Adventure Path and a Campaign Setting, etc). When we print those labels the orders are charged, the PDFs granted, and the shipping email sent. However we still need to pack them all up and get them underway, which can take some time. The shipping email should say "is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by <last day of shipping estimate, in this case April 22>". So the package can ship anytime between when you receive that email and when we finish shipping the subscriptions.
