Similar Races?

Greetings and Salutations. Forgive me if this is misplaced, as I have just signed up on the site. I was wondering if anyone knows of a race similar to the Warforged from Eberron, or of a well-made Free-to-use Homebrew of one. I recently switched to Pathfinder, and I am enjoying it.
