I was told scribe scroll is removed in pfs(obvious reasons) and we receive spell focus as a bonus feat? Can some link me where it actually says that or other corerulebook changes?
Also, I know for spontaneous casters using a metamagic feat if a full round and for prepared casters it's a standard, but what happens when you have 2 metamagic?

Well Sorcerer does not gain Scribe Scroll as a feat so it doesn't gain the Spell Focus as a bonus feat replacement. (The Wizard however does).
The Roleplaying Guild Guide does have all the information on changes to character classes.

For your metamagic question I'm not 100% sure. Page 113 of the core rule book states
Multiple Metamagic Feats on a Spell: A spellcaster can
apply multiple metamagic feats to a single spell. Changes
to its level are cumulative. You can’t apply the same
metamagic feat more than once to a single spell.
It doesn't say anything about cast time so I don't think applying two metamagic feats to one spell will increase the cast time any longer than applying one. I may be wrong so its probably best to wait for someone else to post here though. I'm not always correct when it comes to rules...
