Poison stacking question

I've seen the example with multiple spiders hitting the fighter, but what if i load 5 doses of inhaled poion with a dc of 10 into a vial and throw it into a room. Would the dc of the poison be 10+(2×5)=30 with a insane duration or would that person get a save against each dose because this seems too good to be true.

The answer is that all doses would stack, but 5 doses would only result in a DC of 10+(2x4) = 18.

I believe that the duration would be 100% + (50% x4) = 300%, three times the normal length.

2x5 is equal to 10, not 20. And you don't count the original dose.
