Sessions missing on account

I was going through the session sheets that I have and I noticed that one of them wasn't recorded online, even though it's been well over a year.

Where do I go to get this fixed?

First go to the organizer of the event.
If he/she is unavailable, you should contact your local VC.

As long as you have your paper copy it doesn't really matter though. Paper copies are the thing that count!
