No. If you use your off-hand WITH two-weapon fighting to get an additional attack, then you cannot also use it with your main hand.
If you are NOT using two-weapon fighting to get an extra attack, but have a high enough BAB to get two attacks, then you CAN attack with a one-handed weapon, drop it, and use that hand along with the other for your second attack. However, in this case attacks have to be made in order from highest to lowest.

If you get more than one attack per round because your base attack bonus is high enough (see Base Attack Bonus in Classes), because you fight with two weapons or a double weapon, or for some special reason, you must use a full-round action to get your additional attacks. You do not need to specify the targets of your attacks ahead of time. You can see how the earlier attacks turn out before assigning the later ones. The only movement you can take during a full attack is a 5-foot step. You may take the step before, after, or between your attacks.
If you get multiple attacks because your base attack bonus is high enough, you must make the attacks in order from highest bonus to lowest. If you are using two weapons, you can strike with either weapon first. If you are using a double weapon, you can strike with either part of the weapon first.
(Emphasis mine.)
Something people often forget. You don't also get to make all the attacks with one weapon, then the other, so even if you could attack like the OP suggested, you would get 1 attack with the off hand weapon before you had to drop it, assuming you attacked with it first.
