How, exactly, does the favored human alternate racial bonuses interact with the Greater Banner ability. Does it increase the bonus gained (so at level 20 could I potentially have a bonus of +7 from the ability)?
It doesn't. Banner and Greater Banner are 2 separate abilities, and the human alternate FC bonus only applies to Banner.
