Also. Oh, look. Deadpool makes all the dollars and suddenly Hollywood thinks it can make a good non-PC movie. Puh-leese. TRHS was awesome because it was bad. Going back and trying to do good-bad can ONLY end in failure.
My prediction: 3 months after release there are approximately zero midnight showings, and fans are back to watching the original with as much memory of the remake as we do of the third Matrix movie. (Wait, what? They made a movie after the first one? =)
