Who rules hell harbor question.

Pathfinder Adventure Card Society

We started to p!ay this scenario but we ran into a a question about the rules.

Adventure 02-D.

When encountering a monster we instead encounter a random ship. When a ship takes damaged and becomes wrecked and can not move from this location.

Based on our reading of the rules, we can leave our shipwrecks and still travel to another location. When going to another location and encounter a monster, we still switch to fighting a ship instead. But the rules say when you encounter a ship when your not on your own ship, that ship you encounter is instead banished.

But rules say if a shipwreck takes damage, we discard from blessings deck.

So we don't know how to play this out.

First, this post is in the wrong forum. It should be in the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild forum. I have flagged it.

You are talking about the Season of the Shackles adventure 02-D.

While it makes thematic sense to think you can't move your ship while commanding a wrecked ship, in fact there is nothing in the rules nor in the scenario instructions which says this. What you can't do with a wrecked ship is carry other characters besides the character whose turn it is.
So, your premise is wrong. You can move a wrecked ship. In this scenario, when it is your turn, you are always on your ship.

If your ship takes structural damage while it is already wrecked, you do indeed discard from the blessings deck.
