I received an email saying my payment was declined. I called the bank and they said that no payment was even tried.

Hello Nuvene,

The email wasn't that the card was declined, it was to let you know that there isn't a payment method attached to the subscription so the subscription didn't have anything to charge. I see a card on your account that I attached to both the order and the subscription. It authorized smoothly so everything looks good now.
