Teamwork inside your square - Familiar edition

You have teamwork feat with "if adjacent to an ally with this feat you get x bonus."
Does same square count as adjacent for this?

I'd be astounded if being in the same square didn't count as adjacent.

They just need to be adjacent to you, can't imagine being more adjacent than being in your own square for things like this.
