Neither is WOTC, Palladium, and others, but no worries they will all have booths. I would not read much into it. You may see other sponsors pop up among other events announced. I am hoping to see Cheese Wezeal and Steve Jackson Games do more stuff this year. Demos last year was a lot of fun. Just Demos alone you could do for days!!
Check out the Pod Cast tomorrow I believe its around 7 or 8 depending on Time Zone. They will be talking about upcoming stuff like Special events for Gen-Con and scenarios, specials and even a Q&A with John and Tonya.
More than likely we will not see anything until Gen-Con posts on their site again. Unless John or Tonya does a Blog on here. (Which happens for special events and interesting new things coming out) and of course the upcoming scenarios list for season 7 the unavailable link(Normally shows about two months out currently April and May's) So if you miss a blog post you could check there.

On the Gen Con Home Page and some of the Newsletters going out does not show Paizo as a sponsor with their Logo. It currently only shows Mayfair Games and Rio Grande Games as being CO-Sponsors and a bunch of event partners.

Looks like you had inside knowledge. GenCon just announced that Paizo has signed up to be a cosponsor for 2016, 2017 & 2018.
