If I were looking to use a partisan or ox-tongue spear like we see depicted here, what polearm would I use as a chassis for it? Most of the polearms seem to have curved blades meant for slashing or spear-points for piercing, with only the venerable halberd combining the two.

A Ranseur is pretty similar in looks, but it's still way more piercing, that's about it from what i can think of.

That's sort of what I thought. I suppose I can use good ol' Weapon Versitality to allow me to cut as well as thrust (this seems to be my go-to feat when I want to simulate a real-world weapon Pathfinder hasn't covered in a book yet).

If you're simply looking for P and S damage type both the halberd and horsechopper (with reach) have that, though they look very different from a partisan obviously. Maybe just use one of those and describe it as looking like a partisan if your GM is fine with that?
