This one is a wish list for sorcerer/bloodrager bloodlines, oracle mysteries, kineticist elements, psychic disciplines, and similar class features.

Bloodrager- I would like to see all the missing bloodlines from the APG especially aquatic, boreal, storm, and verdant.

Kineticist- Life/positive energy, light, mind, spirit, metal, magic, and time.

Oracle- Light, spirit, first world, draconic, strength/power, and psychic/mind.

Psychic- Joy, love, fear/phobia, insanity, and tragedy.

Sorcerer- Vampire, lycanthrope, axiomatic/inevitable, radiance, kinetic, beast, giant, and temporal.

Dark Archive

Cleric -> Domains for the Outsider types that don't have them yet (like Manasaputra and Sakhil) and Nightshades

Kineticist -> Life/Light/Spirit/Positive Energy, Time
(I'd like to see more Metal powers too, but I'm not sure how I want it implemented, given that it's currently double-Earth)

Medium -> Something along the lines of Vestiges, a channeler of dead gods or the like, pulling power from the Abyssal Rift of Repose or similar places / echoes of beings

Oracle -> Planar mysteries for the various Outer Planes (and First World), Prophecy/Foresight/Something strongly divination-focused, Illusion/Deception, Innovation/Progress

Psychic -> Fear/Terror, Something along the lines of Fury or some 'Mind on fire' theme, Something law-focused (mastery of one's own behaviors/mind and those of others or the like)

Sorcerer -> Axiomatic/Inevitable, Temporal, Nightshade, Kami, Sakhil

Sorcerer - give the bloodlines the unchained treatment.

Entropic bloodrager, season based domains.

I believe there was a homebrewed Passion mystery done on the board shere.

Bloodrager Bloodline-
Giant-Blooded- While you could also use it for a Sorcerer, the idea of a Bloodrager who channels the fury of giantkind is kinda cool. Maybe a Cyclops-blooded subtype to give weird prophetic insights while raging.

Psychic Disciplines-
Riddles/Puzzles/Etc.- Solving various puzzles unlocks psychic potential.

Opposition- Pursuit of duality in all you do builds a reservoir of psychic power.

Sorcerer Bloodlines-
Kyton
Dark Tapestry

Oracle Curses-
Mute (a tricky one to enforce, but...)
Madness (Take a page from the Derro here, maybe)

Oracle Mysteries-
Law/Order/somesuch- Something linked to deities like Abadar
Monstrosity

Scarab Sages

Does wishing for them to recall things count - such as the stupid (and, it seems, frequently-abused) Orc Bloodline?

Cleric- Season based domains would awesome also a first world based domain.

Psychic Disciplines- I like the idea of a puzzle/riddle based one.

Oracle curse- Mute and one(or more) that focuses on phobias

Oracle Mysteries- law/order, beasts, spirits, the 4 seasons, gambling/luck based one.

Sorcerer- Summer, winter, fall, autumn, kami, kirin, unicorn, phoenix, couatl, dark tapestry, mythos, and the 7 deadly sins.

Contributor

1) More stuff written by Alexander Augunas.

Oracle- Love, chaos, creation, art/music/creativity, and curse.

Kineticist- A animal related element(could be part of life) can control, talk to, change into, summon/create animals, vermin, and maybe magical beast.

Sorcerer- missing celestials, fiends, and other types of outsiders. Plus lunar/moon, hex(witch related), mutant, and cursed.

Shadow Lodge

Clerics: Unchained.
Domains: Also Unchained, but a few specific ones I'd like to see created or updated from older material - Time, Summoning, Force (especially if it's refocused towards things like Spiritual Weapon like spells), Foresight/Oracle, Peace, Sound, Exorcism, Dream, Mysticism, Investigation/Awareness.

I also really miss the Initiate Feats that added that little extra uniqueness.

You want to be the Heart element, don't you?

It's cool. Sure, everyone is focused playing characters out of Avatar, but after careful consideration, I think MY first exposure to characters that focused on single-elemental magic was Captain Planet.

I remember the 'Just Say No' episode the best. Addicted rioters in Washington D.C., and Wheeler looking for two of them in the White House.

"Let's see, if I was a mindless zombie in Washington, where would I be? THAT'S IT! The Vice President's office!"

It was when Dan Quayle was still either VP or a very recent memory.

You know when they had alternate magic schools for wizards, so how about a psychic related one.

Kineticist- heart/emotion, bone, flesh, sound, acid/chemical, holy, dark, chaos, and law.

Sorcerer- If your going to have an orc bloodline why not elf, dwarf, gnome, catfolk, lashunta, goblin, etc.

Oracle - Passion, Wrath, Change, Order, Draconic, the other 3 Seasons for mysteries

For curses I wouldn't mind seeing a mute, madness, or greed based one.

Sorcerer Bloodlines - Psychopomp and Kyton.

I haven't used Kinectcists, Psychics, and Bloodragers enough to really have a wishlist for them.

Oracle- I like the idea a greed oracle curse. It would fit a dragon oracle mystery well. An oracle curse based on the change of the seasons would be cool. A light sensitivity/weakness based curse would be cool as well. Also one for OCD, the other deadly sins, paranoid, alcoholism/addiction, week stomach/eating problem, poisonous blood, monstrous traits, uncontrollable hunger, and delusional.

The monstrous traits curse would give you choice of various monster traits like snakes for hair, cloven hooved feat, vestigial wings, a third eye, etc.

Psychic disciplines based on the 7 deadly sins and virtues.

Phantoms that focus on love, joy, revenge, passion, and greed.

Greed phantom was published in Occult Realms, as was a Lust phantom which is probably the closest you'll get to passion or love, they don't really go for nice emotions in phantoms. Revenge isn't going to get split out from Anger.

Occult Realms did leave open a gluttony and sloth phantom for the seven Thassilonian sins, but that's it, they consider the rest covered by existing options or the ones they published in that book.

A daemon bloodline for bloodrager would be appreciated.

Scarab Sages

Sphinx Sorcerer Bloodline

Mathematics Oracle Mystery Ever see π?

Obsession Oracle Curse

Cassandra Oracle Curse

Benthic Sorcerer Bloodline i.e. aboleths, krakens and other deep-sea horrors, with inspiration from real-world deep-sea craziness

Conflux/Spacetime/Brane Sorcerer Bloodline i.e. influenced by peculiar configurations of the invisible forces that shape the boundaries between planes and such - I'm not saying this very well

Weird, don't remember greed but I can still see positive emotions being used for phantoms.

A sphinx sorcerer bloodline would be interesting.

Check out Powerless Prophet Oracle Curse.

There are a couple with positive emotions: Zeal and Dedication. Dedication seems to be intended to be used for "love" phantoms. Zeal or Pride could probably be reflavored to be "Joy" pretty easily.

Revenge is a classic emotion for ghost stories, and a phantom with that emotional focus is practically begging to become a plot hook. I agree that there is not much design space between Anger and Hatred for a Vengeance phantom, but I'm sure it can be accomplished.

More Sorcerer bloodlines that grant class abilities from other classes such as druid, rouge, investigator, kineticist, witch, etc.

A sorcerer bloodline based on the positive energy plane were you gain channel(both healing the living and harming the undead), a few healing/curative spells known, etc.

Also, a pestilence bloodline for bloodrager would great.

Basically any bloodline that a sorcerer gets a bloodrager should get with maybe a few exceptions....like orc!

An insomnia based oracle curse would be awesome.

A physical based kinetict blast that uses toys or food would be interesting. I am not sure what element it go to, maybe matter/material, reality, or chaos based.

Insomnia, you mean like the game Don't Rest Your Head?

Well any kind of sleep disorder would be interesting. Of course the curse shouldn't prevent the oracle from gaining back there spells.

A psychic discipline that is cha based and completely focused on healing. Maybe love, kindness, charity, etc.

A oracle curse that makes you narcoleptic but you sleep walk and can defend yourself even while asleep.

Maybe not actual new bloodlines, but how about new revelations for existing mysteries, new powers for existing bloodlines, and such?

Basically, how about expanding the current ones?

For sorcerers that would require going Unchained - as every bloodline power is fixed. There aren't any options short of 'choose a different bloodline', which isn't possible past level 1.

I agree that would require a unchained version though I would love to see such a class.

Sorcerer bloodlines based on the 7 virtues.

Scarab Sages

1 person marked this as a favorite.

An "Unchained" (i.e. revised and updated) Sorcerer would be an excellent idea.

How about some new Druid Domains/Archetypes?

Some of these are better as one, others the other, but I'm just presenting them together here:

Deep-Sea

Ozone Layer

Parrot

Great Ape

Rabbit

Rodent

Chelonian

Trilobite

Worm

Plankton

Bacteria

Anthropoid

Evolution

Extremophile (special alignment restriction: LG, CG, LE, or CE)

Conservation (special alignment restriction: Good)

Extinction (special alignment restriction: Evil)

Biodiversity (special alignment restriction: Good)

Parasite (special alignment restriction: Evil)

Hive (special alignment restriction: Lawful)

Mutation (special alignment restriction: Chaotic)

Stagnation (special alignment restriction: Lawful)

Alien (special alignment restriction: Chaotic)

A rogue talent that adds dex to damage to a single finesse based weapon.

More magic/spell like ability based rogue talents as well.

Alchemist discoveries that grant healing and curative abilities and effects.

A Rage power that grants fast healing.

Sorcerer bloodlines for kaiju, manasaputra, hive, anunnaki, grey, cyclopes, deep one, aether, titan, and leshy.

Swarm Kineticist and Luck Mystery

Liberty's Edge

+1

The bloodline arcana all need to be looked over and made more equal in power level. Some are just so much better than others. Hopefully this "looking over" doesn't just amount to nerfing the good ones into oblivion. Try to make all of them actually good, so that we have extra viable build options.

Also, many of the bloodline powers are just pointless. Maybe take a look at them where needed.

I would love a swarm based kineticist but we don't have a life, nature, animal, bug, etc. element of any kind...yet.

A Luck/Fortune based mystery would be cool.

More Druid domains would be cool as well.

Nennafir, what bloodline arcana(s) do you think are too strong? Too weak?

Some occult/psychic related spirits for the Shaman would be interesting.

I would love to see more types of witch hexes like more healing ones, ones that grant energy resistance and other protective abilities, ones that magical age(make younger and/or older), more status ailment effects, shapeshifting, elemental powers, and animal/plant/nature control.

More metal: Sorcerer, Kineticist, Shaman, DRUID could all use some.

Some rogue talents that grant psychic abilities.

Some psychic related rage powers.

I like the idea of more metal themed powers and abilities. Along with other materials like crystal, paper, wood, plastic, rubber, glass, stone, dirt, etc.

I think the Skald is as metal as Pathfinder is going to get.

Something to swap out Bardic spellcasting for. Don't care what, let me keep Bardic Performance and all the other goodies, but throw out the spellcasting. Make 'em better fighters, give them more performance options, something.

Alchemist discoveries that can make bombs create life such as swarms, plant growth(entangle spell), positive energy blast, etc.

Oracles could use something celestial themed, and possibly something hell themed to go along with the demonic themed Outer Rifts mystery. A feyish/first world mystery would also be appreciated. A draconic mystery...doesn't make that much sense for oracle but hey, spellscar's a thing.

There's not much to be done with a light mystery sadly, and we already have a spirit themed mystery in the Ancestor mystery. It's a specific type of spirit you deal with, but it's still spirit themed.

We already have a dragon related mystery;)

I would like to see more light based powers and options in general.

Oracle curse(s) were you gain monstrous traits like horns, fur, scales, vestigial wings, hooved feet, webbed hands, etc. Maybe one were you are turning into a medusa or medusa like creature. Another one were you are gaining aquatic creature traits, etc.

An oracle curse were you are turning into a child and one were you are rapidly aging.

More options that grant immunities, resistances, DR, SR, and other special defenses.

This is excellent and I wish to see it fully fleshed out.
