Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber
I could not find any other posts about this anywhere so I assume I must be missing some detail.
I noticed while running through the last chapter of Book 2 that there does not appear to be any way to enter Nathnelma's Bedchambers [D5] on the upper floor of her Townhouse. The text references her Teaching Assistants arriving as reinforcements on round 2 if they were sleeping there so there is presumably a mundane way to enter it. However I cannot find any mention of a secret door, ladders or even windows. I ended up just deciding that the door would most logically be in the Ritual Chamber.
If you are running the Foundry module, this also carries over to that map and I had to redo the wall there into a door.
