Connect Feast of Ravenmoor to Shank's Shack

Rise of the Runelords

The ranger in my party just acquired a hawk animal companion. I wanted to run a short and easy side encounter to partially explain the hawk's origin. So I ran the Shank's Shack encounter from one of the early issues of Pathfinder Comics. Here's a quick summary of what happened:
The party was heading back from Thistletop when the hawk took off, heading into Shank's Woods. This is close to where the Ranger found the hawk in the first place. The party chases the hawk and ends in a small clearing with a decrepit shack and a pit of dead bodies. They encounter a faceless stalker in the shack and murderfy him. Through investigating, they find the body of a dead druid who used to own the hawk. I placed a small note in the druid's backpack that eludes to a hook i might work with in the future. Basically, the note is from a young woman from the farms in the sandpoint hinterlands. She was seeking help from a druid friend to find her father who went missing on the lost coast road. The deduction is that the father was set upon by the faceless stalker and murdered. And, when the druid found this out, he encountered the faceless stalker and was murdered as well.
Anyway, I'm reading through FoR as a possible side adventure while my players are in Magnimar. FoR has some Faceless Stalkers in it (from the very beginning, the faceless stalkers assisting Iola after she sold herself and her village out to Ghlaunder.)
So I'm trying to figure out if there's a way I can connect the faceless stalker my ranger encountered in Shank's Woods, with FoR.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Well, there are also faceless stalkers working for Xanesha in second book. They apparently do a lot of odd jobs around Lost Coast it seems xD
