Purchasing manuals and printings.

Website Feedback

So, just to be clear, if I purchase a Core Rulebook manual that says 2nd Printing or such, when it arrives in the mail, it actually will be the printing that was advertised on Paizo's website?

You should always receive the most recent printing of any book bought directly from Paizo. If you order a CRB it will be 6th printing at the moment.

There's probably not a strict guarantee, however I generally 'upgrade' my books when a new printing of a book comes out and I've only had an 'out of date' book once in all that time.

Thanks. I'd really prefer to purchase my Pathfinder books via Amazon.com due to the discount but I have no way of knowing what printing I'd be getting so I'll have to settle for Paizo's store.

Yeah—paizo.com will always ship the most current printing of a product (though note that products sold as "non-mint" could be any printing). We can't vouch for any other source, though.
