Applying pregen chronicle

Hi all. Just played a 3-5 module with a 4th level pregen and was wondering if I could apply the chronicle to my character as soon as it hits level 3 or do I have to wait till level 4 before I can apply it. Thanks.

Without knowing what module you had played, my answer would be that you would have to wait until the character reached 4th level. Now if the module required the use of the pregen, you would be able to apply to a character that was in the tier range. Hope that helps.

Indeed. If this was a scenario like True Dragons of Absalom, which requires the entire party to play 4th level Pregens, then you could apply the Chronicle to any character levels 3-5.

If you simply played a 4th level Pregen on your own, then you apply the Chronicle whenever your PC reaches 4th level (or have the gold reduced to 500 and apply it to a 1st level PC).
