If it is coming up as denied, then the billing address you gave most likely does not match what the bank has. What you are seeing on the bank side is most likely authorizations. See this FaQ

ah thats what it was was the site making sure money was there slowly starting to get the money back on that note of address iv tryed all 3 of the addresses i could possibly have at the bank and was still telling me denied ill just try again at a later date thank you though
