Pathfinder comics subscription mishap

I recently received Hollow Mountain #3

This brought on a search for issues 1 & 2 which I supposedly received. I moved in early January so I wanted to Ensure I hadn't simply packed and forgotten them

But that doesn't seem to be the case.

Hello Troy,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look and it does seem we sent out those issues in December, but it may be that they arrived at your old address during the move, or got shuffled into a Postal black hole.

I'll go ahead and set up replacements in your sidecart to be sent out with your next subscription shipment. If you do find the comics in the meantime, just let us know. Otherwise, you should have them soon!

Don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help with.

Sorry to hear those didn't make it. After doing some digging, it looks like the goblins in the system were being a bit stubborn.

You should a replacement order confirmation email, and 1 and 2 should be on there way soon.

Your subscription has been set to end with Hollow Mountain #6. You will be receiving an email confirmation when it ends.


I haven't received issue 6. Let me check the mail once more today, but I fear that your comic shipments are just not getting to me at whatever address! Does this happen a lot now? (I've noticed my USPS amazon shipments rarely arrive also)


Now it is Thursday June 1st and no arrival. I have a locked mailbox. This shouldn't be an issue :/

Thank you Sir. Not Paizo's fault of course USPS has really gone downhill since they started using independent contractors (read dodgy bloke in a van)
